BPSC TRE 4.0: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced the application process for the Fourth Phase of the School Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE-4.0) under Advertisement No. 15/2026. Through this recruitment drive, a total of 32,388 vacant School Teacher posts will be filled in the Education Department of Bihar.

Eligible and interested candidates will be able to apply online from 25 September, 2026. The last date to submit the application form is 26 October, 2026, while the application fee can be paid until 25 October, 2026.

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has issued the BPSC TRE 4.0 Notification 2026 through Advertisement No. 15/2026, announcing the recruitment of 32,388 School Teachers in the Bihar Education Department. The latest advertisement supersedes and cancels the earlier Advertisement No. 14/2026, which was issued on 18 August 2026.

Eligible Indian citizens can submit their applications online from 25 September 2026 to 26 October 2026. The deadline for completing the examination fee payment is 25 October 2026.

1/3 Negative Marking गलत उत्तर या प्रश्न हल न करने (सभी विकल्प खाली छोड़ने) की स्थिति में 1/3 अंक की कटौती की जाएगी।
STET 2026 Self-Declaration पात्रता एवं प्रमाणपत्र के सत्यापन के संदर्भ में STET 2026 अभ्यर्थियों के लिए Self-Declaration (स्व-घोषणा) का प्रावधान जोड़ा गया है।
आवेदन शुल्क में कमी परीक्षा शुल्क को घटाकर ₹100 प्रति वर्ग/कैटेगरी कर दिया गया है।
OTR अनिवार्य आवेदन प्रक्रिया से पूर्व One Time Registration (OTR) अनिवार्य होगा।
DigiLocker Integration OTR एवं आवेदन के दौरान दस्तावेजों और पहचान के डिजिटल सत्यापन हेतु DigiLocker को जोड़ा गया है।
Biometric Fee ऑनलाइन आवेदन में आधार संख्या दर्ज न करने पर ₹200 बायोमेट्रिक शुल्क अतिरिक्त देना होगा।
BSEB Unique ID आवेदन पत्र भरते समय BSEB से संबंधित Unique ID दर्ज करना अनिवार्य होगा।
Self-Declaration पात्रता, अनुभव या श्रेणी संबंधी दावों के सत्यापन हेतु Self-Declaration (स्व-घोषणा पत्र) मान्य किया गया है।
एक से अधिक चरणों में परीक्षा अभ्यर्थियों की अधिक संख्या होने पर परीक्षा एक से अधिक चरणों/पालियों में आयोजित की जा सकती है।
रिक्तियों में बदलाव संभव विभाग से प्राप्त अंतिम अधियाचना या संशोधनों के अनुसार सीटों की संख्या घट या बढ़ सकती है।

BPSC TRE 4.0 Eligibility Criteria 2026

BPSC TRE 4.0 में Primary, Middle School, Secondary और Senior Secondary स्तर के शिक्षक पद शामिल हैं। उम्मीदवारों को संबंधित पद के लिए आवश्यक educational qualification के साथ निर्धारित CTET, BTET या STET qualification पूरी करनी होगी।

Primary Teacher Eligibility: Classes 1 to 5

Primary Teacher के पद के लिए उम्मीदवार की न्यूनतम आयु 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। अधिकतम आयु सीमा category और gender के अनुसार लागू नियमों पर निर्भर करती है।

Educational Qualification

उम्मीदवार के पास निर्धारित qualification में से संबंधित योग्यता होनी चाहिए, जैसे:

  1. 10+2 के साथ 2-year D.El.Ed.
  2. 10+2 के साथ 4-year B.El.Ed.
  3. Graduation के साथ 2-year D.El.Ed.
  4. अन्य NCTE-recognised teacher-training qualification, जहां लागू हो।

  3. PG with 55% + 3-year Integrated B.Ed.–M.Ed.

BPSC TRE 4.0 Application Fee

Fee/Requirement Details
Exam Fee ₹100 for each class-level category. Candidates applying for multiple levels, such as Classes 1–5, 6–8, 9–10, and 11–12, must pay the prescribed fee separately for each level.
Biometric Fee ₹200. This fee applies only to candidates who do not provide a valid Aadhaar number during online registration. Candidates providing Aadhaar details are exempted from this fee.
Bank Processing Fee As per the applicable bank charges. This fee is applicable to all online payments and will be automatically charged by the payment gateway.
Aadhaar/OTP Requirement No separate fee. Aadhaar verification will be mandatory during Document Verification (DV). The candidate’s mobile number must be linked with Aadhaar. Failure to receive the required OTP during DV may affect eligibility.
