WB SET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
The West Bengal State Eligibility Test (WB SET) 2025 is conducted by the West Bengal College Service Commission (WBCSC) to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in universities and colleges across the state.
Eligibility Requirements for WB SET 2025
- Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen. Candidates from other states can apply but will not be eligible for state-specific reservations.
- Age Limit: No age limit for appearing in the WB SET exam. Candidates of any age can apply, as long as they meet the educational qualifications.
- Additional Requirements:
- Applicants must hold a Master’s degree from a recognized university with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories).
- Candidates in the final year of their Master’s program can also apply, provided they complete their degree within the required time.
